Stridra is designed for residential communities, so privacy is part of the foundation—not an afterthought.

Information we collect
When you use Stridra, we may collect account details, profile information, community membership information, content you choose to share, device and session information, and residency-verification information you submit.
How we use information
We use information to operate and secure your account, connect you with the correct community, provide community features, establish verification status, deliver notifications, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Residency verification
Verification may include documents or information showing a relationship to a residence. Access is limited to authorized review workflows. Verification depth may be represented to other residents as a badge, but private evidence is not displayed publicly.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure and communication providers that process it on our behalf, community administrators when necessary for authorized verification or moderation, and authorities when legally required.
Retention and your choices
We retain information only as long as needed for the service, safety, audit, and legal requirements. You may update available profile and privacy settings or request account deletion through the app or our support channel.
